Because You Gave, the PGO Awarded ARMS Teachers $1500

Thanks to your support of the PGO, $1,500 was recently awarded to ARMS teachers to support a variety of enrichment programs. These programs include:
  • setting up a recording studio for students so they can produce films, music, podcasts, and other creative works;
  • a team-building field trip for Team A to Project Adventure in Springfield;
  • creating a mural of the Connecticut River Valley as part of the 7th-grade interdisciplinary study;
  • bringing Shakespeare & Co. to ARMS to perform A Midsummer Night's Dream for the 8th grade;
  • and bringing Evelyn Harris and other artists to ARMS to present the music of the Harlem Renaissance.
Your generous gifts to the PGO and support of our fundraisers made it all possible. Thank you!
