Amherst Leisure Services and Missoula Children's Theatre Presents:

THE PIED PIPER!

What do you do when your town is overrun by rats?  You call THE PIED PIPER!  On Saturday, March 9^th, take a trip to Hamelin Town with the Missoula Children's Theatre, as over 50 local students present THE PIED PIPER, an original musical adaptation of this classic tale.

This original musical production is part of the Missoula Children's unique international touring project and is presented locally by Amherst Leisure Services Community Theater.

          THE PIED PIPER will be presented on Saturday, March 9^th at 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm at the Amherst Middle School Auditorium. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students under 18 and seniors.

FRIDAY! ARMS Winter Carnival/Carnaval de Invierno!

Carnivals aren’t just for summer! The PGO is sponsoring a Winter Carnival for all ARMS students on Friday, March 1 from 7-9 pm in the ARMS cafeteria. Admission is free, and we will provide free snacks and beverages. There will be carnival-themed games, music, and activities.We need parent volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, and supervising the coat check and hallways. El PGO (Organización de Padres y Maestros) está patrocinando un Carnaval de Invierno para todos los estudiantes de ARMS el Viernes 1 de Marzo de 7-9 pm en la cafetería de ARMS. La entrada es gratuita, y  proporcionaremos bocadillos y bebidas gratis. Habrá música y actividades con temas de carnaval.

Art Classes Openings

Art lessons at Joy Art Space are a great opportunity for children and teens to get involved in an enriching after school activity where they can engage in self-expression and learn art techniques in a supportive environment. The studio is right on North Pleasant Street, walking distance from the Amherst schools.  Visit www.joyartspace.com for more information.  Spaces are limited and fill quickly -- register soon to ensure a spot in the group!
