Special Education Review
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) will be conducting a Coordinated Program Review addressing the school system's special education program. As part of this Coordinated Program Review, Department staff will visit the district on February 4-8 2013 for the Amherst Public Schools, January 22, 2013 for the Pelham Public Schoolsand January 8-11, 2013 for the Amherst-Pelham Regional Schools to review individual student records, interview administrators, teachers and paraprofessional staff, survey parents and observe instructional spaces.
