The Athletic Department is sponsoring an
eight-week conditioning program for anyone who wants to get into shape for spring sports. This is a good opportunity to get a jump on the competition. If you wait until the season starts it’s too late. The program will focus on the following areas: flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance, speed, and mental preparation. The program will be Monday through Thursday from 3:15 until 4:30. Participants will be given a workout for Friday and Saturday to do on their own.
The program will consist of running, hills, dynamic stretching, static stretching, cardio, and weight lifting. Register for Monday/ Wednesday session and/or Tuesday/Thursday session.
Register through FamilyID. Registration will be open today through January 19th.
The full fee cost of the program is $57, reduced lunch fee is $31 and free lunch fee is $26. You can mail or drop off a check or pay online at
