The American Chemical Society sponsors an annual "Chemists Celebrate Earth Day" illustrated poem contest for K-12 students. All ARPS students are encouraged to apply. For further information, please contact the Connecticut Valley Local Section CCED coordinator, Sharon Palmer (ARHS science teacher), at palmers@arps.org. Illustrated poems are due on April 16.
