This event is a fundraiser for the African Scholars Program's exchange with schools in West Africa. A percentage of your purchases will go to the program's scholarship fund, which assists students whose families cannot afford the full cost of the exchange. The bookfair will include a series of Africa-themed activities:
- children's stories
- printmaking and other crafts
- a scavenger hunt
- a cooking demonstration
- a West African art display.
