ARMS has had a number of parents ask us to send text messages when we're closed or delaying the start of school. We are not in a position to manage this at this time, butWWLP (Channel 22) offers this type of alert that is an easy sign up for text alerts. http://www.wwlp.com/more/text-alerts They can select type of alerts and school district. They enter their information and sign up for WWLP closings. They type in Amherst Schools and select that.
