African American Achievement Night was initiated in 2012 to honor all students of color who perform to their greatest individual abilities. African American Achievement Night provides an opportunity for the community to celebrate student success. All students of color in Grades PreK-12 can be recognized for academic, leadership, fine & performing arts, athletic and community service accomplishments.
ARPS staff, parents/guardians and community members are encouraged to nominate students currently
enrolled in Grades PreK-12 at Crocker Farm, Fort River, Pelham and Wildwood Elementary Schools and
Amherst Regional Middle and High Schools.
In addition, ARHS seniors graduating in June will be honored in a special recognition ceremony.
Students, families, school staff and community members are invited to attend the celebration on Friday, May
2.

Se le anima a los Profesores, padres / guardianes y miembros de la comunidad a nominar a los estudiantes
actualmente matriculados en los grados Pre-K-12 en Crocker Farm, Fort River, Pelham y Wildwood Escuelas Primarias y la Escuela Secundaria y la Escuela Superior Regionales de Amherst.
Además, los estudiantes de transición, es decir, aquellos estudiantes en el kindergarten, sexto, octavo grado y estudiantes que se gradúan en junio serán honrados en una ceremonia especial de reconocimiento.
Se invita a las familias, amigos, profesores, empleados y miembros de la comunidad para asistir a la celebración el 2 de mayo
